It is a comprehensive plan designed to bring ongoing household pest control and prevention together throughout the year. Your agreement explains the coverage and services included.

2. Which pests does the plan cover?

We provide the covered pest list before you enrol. Do not assume that every pest service offered separately on our website is automatically included in the plan.

3. Can I join if I already have a pest problem?

Tell us about the activity when you enquire. We assess the concern and explain whether initial treatment is included or requires a separate service.

4. How often will you visit my home?

The service schedule is explained in your proposal. Year-round coverage does not necessarily mean monthly visits, so we clarify attendance and support arrangements before enrolment.

5. What happens if I notice pests between scheduled visits?

Contact us with the pest concern and affected locations. We review whether the activity falls within your coverage and explain the response available under your plan.

6. Are both indoor and outdoor areas included?

Your agreement specifies the areas covered and how interior or exterior service is arranged. Access and preparation requirements depend on the work being carried out.

7. Does the plan include wildlife exclusion or building repairs?
